What Turns Men Off? Watch What You're Saying
Have you ever been on a date that seems to be going well, then all of a sudden the guy gets a blank look on his face and you know you've just turned him off? Are you clueless as to what you might have said to merit such a reaction? Do you believe you do and say all the right things and there's no intuit for the guy to get turned off? Maybe you need to look more closely at what you're saying and not saying.
Turn-Off #1
Bla, bla, bla, bla, bla. This can be great when you're with your girlfriends, but idle chit chat can bore a man to death. If you want to tell him about your latest shopping spree and you want to go into every detail, watch his reaction carefully. Is he in fact interested? Being polite? Losing interest? Downright dizzy from the endless details that are more tedious than interesting? Keep the chit chat for your friends and find something more pertinent to say when you're with him.
Turn-Off #2
I'm best than you are. The battle of the sexes rages on. Some women get to the dating front and believe they're still on the battle ground. But hold on. This is the guy you want to become romantically complex with. Do you in fact want to jut out your chin, pound your chest and tell him how first-rate you are? You don't have to play meek and weak, but tone it down if you know you tend to overdo it when it comes to development yourself feel validated.
Turn-Off #3
I make a hundred grand a year. How 'bout you? No matter how you brooch this subject, money is never a great topic of conversation for a budding relationship. Bragging about how much you make will hardly win you any points (unless you happen to be faced with a gold digger and that's okay with you) and trying to learn how much he makes might make you look petty and he'll think you only want a man for his money.
Turn-Off #4
Everybody is so stupid. They lack style. They're unworthy. If you're the type who likes to bitch and moan about other people, especially when they're not around, you're probably giving the guy the wrong impression. Stay determined instead. You don't need to put man else down to feel good about yourself.
